Xitudy - CEO's Office Role - Strategy

Position Overview:

As part of Xitudy's global expansion and growth, we are seeking a dynamic individual to join our CEO Office. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the CEO and executive leadership team, driving strategic initiatives, managing cross-functional projects, and influencing organizational decisions. Depending on your skills, experience, and seniority, multiple positions are available within the CEO Office.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with the CEO to identify and prioritize strategic opportunities across products, geographies, and customer segments.

- Serve as the primary bridge between the CEO and various stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.

- Analyze opportunities and lead cross-functional initiatives to deliver value across the organization.

- Manage and oversee strategic projects, ensuring they align with company goals and are executed on time.

- Provide concise and impactful recommendations to senior leadership, shaping company and product strategies.

- Take initiatives from idea generation to implementation through exceptional project management and stakeholder collaboration.

- Monitor business trends and outlooks to support effective business planning discussions.

- Foster strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners.

Minimum Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in top consulting firms, Big 4, investment banking, or internal strategy roles in reputable organizations.

- Excellent attention to detail, leadership skills, and work ethic.

- Strong expertise in financial modeling and quantitative and qualitative analysis.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- A passion for finance, technology, and start-ups.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience in scaling fintech businesses or strategy consulting is a significant advantage.

- Outstanding organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
