About Wrap2Earn Technologies Private Limited

Wrap2Earn Technologies is a leading Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising company in India, operating three innovative brands:

1. Wrap2Earn - Cab branding advertising

2. LytAds - Digital taxi top advertising (digital screens on cars)

3. Buzzomni - A full-service advertising media agency

We are looking for a Marketing Lead to lead and scale our marketing efforts across performance marketing, inside sales, social media, and content marketing. The Marketing Lead will play a critical role in positioning Wrap2Earn, LytAds, and Buzzomni as India's most innovative OOH advertising brands.

Key Responsibilities

1. Performance Marketing & Lead Generation:

- Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid digital campaigns to drive high-quality inbound leads.

- Oversee the performance marketing agency, ensuring they meet KPIs such as cost per lead (CPL), conversion rates, and ROI.

- Continuously optimize ad creatives, audience targeting, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.

- Implement marketing analytics dashboards to monitor and report campaign performance.

2. Inside Sales & Funnel Optimization:

- Streamline and optimize the inside sales process for better conversion efficiency.

- Work closely with the inside sales team to ensure high follow-up rates and lead nurturing.

- Develop data-driven strategies for increasing inbound lead generation through marketing and automation tools.

- Implement and optimize CRM tools to track sales pipelines and conversions.

3. Social Media & Brand Positioning:

- Build and execute a strong social media strategy for Wrap2Earn, LytAds, and Buzzomni.

- Establish the brands as young, innovative, and dynamic OOH advertising leaders.

- Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content (videos, blogs, client testimonials, ad case studies).

- Manage presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook, ensuring consistent growth and engagement.

4. SEO, Content Marketing & Email/WhatsApp Outreach:

- Drive SEO strategy to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.

- Develop blog content for LinkedIn, the website, and industry publications to enhance thought leadership.

- Create and manage email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns to nurture past and potential clients.

5. Leadership & Team Management:

- Lead and mentor a growing marketing team, including:

- Performance Marketing Manager

- Social Media Manager

- Inside Sales Team (3 members)

- Designers

- Content Creator

Collaborate with the sales, product, and creative teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

Stay ahead of OOH advertising industry trends and competitor strategies.

Key Skills & Qualifications

1. 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, inside sales, digital marketing, and brand strategy.

2. Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, and CRM tools.

3. Strong background in B2B marketing, lead generation, and sales funnel optimization.

4. Ability to manage and optimize marketing budgets for maximum ROI.

5. Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

6. Passion for digital transformation in the OOH advertising industry.
