Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Strategy: Meet or exceed sales objectives at the enterprise level by leading the execution of our overall go-to-market strategy. This involves business growth accountability, customer and partner engagement, and demand generation plans.
- Business Development: Proactively qualify leads, perform needs assessments, and identify new avenues for revenue generation and alliance opportunities. You will also plan and implement our channel partner strategy for products and services.
- Relationship Management: Establish and nurture senior-level relationships built on trust, develop client champions, and become the client's day-to-day strategic advisor. You'll ensure customer satisfaction and guarantee retention by proactively supporting clients and increasing engagement levels.
- Customer Advocacy: Drive the adoption and usage of new products and features across multiple business units. You will collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (sales, professional services, product dev, training, and support) to create a unified account team that supports the customer through contract renewal and surfaces new growth opportunities.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide accurate forecasts and report on weekly/monthly performance. You'll work strategically with management to identify trending opportunities/challenges and provide recommended solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Communication and Business Acumen: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with consultative and professional business acumen. You should also have the ability to create client presentations, proposals, and coordinate quarterly business reviews.
- Personal Attributes: Must have a "do-anything" attitude for delighting the customer. You should be highly data-driven, organized, ethical, responsible, and self-motivated, with strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.
- Mobility: Ready to travel across India and outside of India as required for business.
- Work Environment: The ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment with strong time management and planning skills
