Job Description:

As a Sales Manager at Workie, you will be responsible for leading and managing a high-performing sales team to drive business growth, acquire new clients, and expand our membership base.

Your strategic thinking, leadership skills, and sales expertise will contribute to achieving revenue targets while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor sales representatives, and develop sales strategies to position Workie as a premier workspace solution provider.

Your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks related to sales management, including but not limited to:

Team Leadership:


- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and performance goals.


- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and exceptional customer service.

Sales Strategy Development:


- Develop and execute sales strategies that align with company goals and market trends.


- Identify target markets, segments, and potential growth opportunities.

Client Acquisition:


- Drive new business acquisition through effective prospecting, lead generation, and relationship-building.


- Lead by example by actively engaging in sales activities and prospecting efforts.

Client Relationship Management:


- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.


- Understand client needs and tailor solutions to address their unique requirements.

Sales Performance Analysis:


- Monitor and analyze sales metrics, KPIs, and pipeline data to assess team and individual performance.


- Provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

Sales Training and Development:


- Provide ongoing training, guidance, and mentorship to sales team members to enhance their skills and product knowledge.


- Develop professional growth plans for team members.

Collaboration and Communication:


- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and other teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.


- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless client experiences.

Market Insights:


- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities to inform sales strategies and tactics.

Proposal and Contract Management:


- Oversee the creation and presentation of proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements.


- Ensure accuracy and alignment with client needs.

Sales Forecasting:


- Provide accurate sales forecasts to assist in resource allocation, budgeting, and planning.

Qualifications and Requirements:


- Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.


- 5 - 6 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of exceeding targets and leading teams.


- Strong leadership and team management skills.


- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.


- Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.


- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.


- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.


- Customer-centric attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences.


- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.


- Adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
