Job Title: Senior Workday Lead

Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Workday Lead to manage and enhance our Workday HCM platform. This role is ideal for a Workday expert who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about optimizing HR systems to support business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

System Configuration & Maintenance:

- Configure, test, and implement enhancements across Workday modules: HCM, Compensation, Absence, Learning, Recruiting, Reporting, and Talent Management.

- Manage and assign role-based security groups for access control.

- Perform data uploads using EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder).

Support & Troubleshooting:

- Act as the primary escalation point for advanced Workday-related queries.

- Provide Tier 2/3 support to HR and business users.

- Deliver training and documentation to end-users and HR stakeholders.

Project Implementation & Optimization:

- Lead or support Workday-related projects, including module rollouts and system upgrades.

- Collaborate with HR, IT, and external vendors to align system capabilities with business needs.

- Ensure compliance with internal controls and data governance standards.

Integration & Cross-System Management:

- Manage integrations with other HR systems such as Kronos.

- Provide Level 1 & 2 support for Kronos and coordinate with IT and vendors for issue resolution.

Required Qualifications:

- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience).

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Workday system administration, with a strong focus on the HCM module.

- Proven experience in HRIS project implementation or consulting.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and build strong partnerships across departments.

- Workday certification(s) preferred.
