About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workday Supply Chain Management (SCM) Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this remote role, you will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and support of the Workday SCM module. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, implement solutions, and ensure the efficient operation of our supply chain processes within Workday. Responsibilities:

- Configure and maintain the Workday SCM module to meet business requirements.

- Participate in Workday SCM implementations, including requirements gathering, design, testing, and deployment.

- Develop and maintain Workday SCM business processes, workflows, and configurations.

- Configure and manage Workday SCM integrations with other systems.

- Provide day-to-day support for Workday SCM users, resolving issues and answering questions.

- Troubleshoot and resolve Workday SCM system issues and performance problems.

- Investigate and resolve data discrepancies and integration errors.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for Workday SCM.

- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.

- Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions to optimize Workday SCM processes.

- Develop and execute test plans and test cases for Workday SCM configurations and integrations.

- Document Workday SCM processes, configurations, and procedures.

- Create and maintain user training materials.

- Participate in Workday SCM upgrades and enhancements.

- Evaluate new Workday SCM features and recommend improvements.

- Implement and test new Workday SCM functionalities.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and operations.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

- Provide regular updates on Workday SCM projects and support activities.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience as a Workday SCM Analyst.

- Strong hands-on experience with Workday SCM configuration and implementation.

- In-depth knowledge of Workday SCM business processes and functionalities.

- Experience with Workday SCM integrations.

- Understanding of supply chain management principles and best practices.

- Experience with data analysis and reporting.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

- Workday SCM certifications.

- Experience with other Workday modules (e.g., Procurement, Inventory).

- Experience with Agile development methodologies.

- Experience with project management tools.

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
