Job Summary:

Seeking experienced Workday Financial Consultants to join their growing team.

These roles require certified professionals with deep expertise in Workday Financials, including functional, technical, and integration aspects.

Successful candidates will have the ability to collaborate with clients, deliver high-quality financial solutions, and support end-to-end Workday implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze financial requirements.

- Configure and implement Workday Financials modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Financial Reporting.

- Develop and manage complex Workday Financial integrations.

- Provide functional and technical expertise in financial processes, data conversions, and business process design.

- Conduct system testing, user training, and provide post-implementation support.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

- Troubleshoot issues and optimize system performance.

Required Skills:

- Certified in Workday Financials.

- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Financial implementations.

- Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.

- Experience in Workday Integrations (for Integration Consultant roles).

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and client-facing skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in managing Workday financial projects in large-scale, global environments.

- Knowledge of Workday Business Process Framework (BPF).

- Familiarity with financial reporting and analytics.
