
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth execution of sales and customer service activities.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed individual and branch-level sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase branch profitability and market penetration in the home loan segment.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify gaps and initiate corrective measures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (credit, legal, and operations) to ensure seamless loan processing and approvals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide regular sales reports and performance updates to senior management.
- Drive initiatives to expand the customer base through local marketing activities and partnerships.
Required Skills:
- Proven sales management and team leadership abilities.
- Strong knowledge of the home loan market, financial services, and local market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-centric approach with high levels of integrity and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently, make strategic decisions, and drive results.
- Proficiency with CRM software, sales analytics tools, and MS Office applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Fluency in the local language (Gujarati) is an added advantage.
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Finance is preferred but not mandatory.
Experience:
- 4-6 years of experience in sales and business development, with at least 23 years in a leadership or branch management role.
- Prior experience in home loan sales, housing finance, or financial services is highly desirable
