About the Role:
- WK Financial And Corporate Compliance is growing our team in Pune, India, and looking for highly motivated individual with expertise in Sales Compensation.
- We're looking for an experienced Sales Compensation Analyst.
- Qualified candidate with have at least 5 years of experience calculating and administering sales commissions plans.
- The right candidate will have exceptional data manipulation skills, a pro-active mindset, and a commitment to 100% accuracy at all times.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Compensation, Analytics and Reporting.
- Administer the monthly Sales Compensation and Reporting processes, by working closely with the various stakeholders involved (the Sales Crediting team, the Sales Ops team, the Sales leaders etc) for a specific Business Unit (currently on excel/pdf reporting).
- Working with the various stakeholders (Finance, Sales, internal leadership) to administer and drive insights through multiple deliverables in each cycle.
- Gather an in-depth understanding of existing compensation and reporting capabilities across business units and.
- Drive Operational excellence and improvements by working with various stakeholders.
- Standardize and build out existing compensation and sales analytics' reporting functions.
- Ongoing Sales Analytics & Ops.
- Data extraction, manipulation and analysis of one time and periodic requests from the sales leadership (primarily in excel).
- Working closely with the Ops team to improve /automate existing processes on :.
- Roster, Performance & Payroll tracking across Business Units.
- Standardized analyses and consolidated summaries across Business Units.
- Compensation Design and Modelling.
- Data extraction, manipulation and budget modelling.
- Compensation Plan modelling, Payout-simulations and what-if scenarios.
- Automated plan summary details per role and creation of Plan Documents.
- Quota allocation, adjustments and monthly phasing.

Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role for Sales Analytics, Compensation, reporting or payroll, who demonstrates:.
- Experience in Incentive Compensation plan design, modelling, Operations and reporting.
- Strong analytics-oriented mindset with a knack for problem solving.
- Extensive knowledge of excel data manipulation, analytics and reporting.
- Strong teamworking and organizational skills.
- Highly motivated, organized; proactive self-starter and a team player.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication.
- Utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
Preferred: Minimum 7 years of experience in the similar role space, who demonstrates, including:.
- Experience in a Business to Business B2B sales planning and management setting a plus.
- Experience working in a fast-paced independent consultant role with US manager a plus.
- Experience developing analysis to support Sales and Service a plus.
- Experience in VBA macros to automate the manual process is a big plus.
- Experience in Compensation Reporting on tools such as Xactly is a big plus.
