What You'll Do:
- Problem Statement Identification: Develop a deep understanding of business processes within the F&A (Finance & Accounting) and HRO (Human Resources Outsourcing) verticals to accurately determine and articulate problem statements.
- Solution Translation & Design: Work closely with functional and domain experts to translate business problems into actionable technology solutions.
- This includes leveraging existing technologies and integrating innovative solutions from market partners, fostering strategic alliances as needed.
- Solution & Value Proposition Development: Create comprehensive solution artifacts and compelling value propositions that represent end-to-end business processes, clearly mapping them back to the proposed data and AI technology solutions.
- Cross-functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with functional teams to deeply understand their business needs.
- Work hand-in-hand with technology teams to convert business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Act as a critical engine for Sales and Pre-Sales teams, providing technical expertise and content to enable successful sales cycles.
- Sales Enablement & Client Engagement: As an individual contributor, leverage excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) to respond to RFI/RFP (RFx) documents.
- You'll defend and present solutions directly to clients, working closely with onsite Sales teams to secure new business.
- Market & Industry Insight: Maintain extensive industry and market knowledge to identify emerging technologies and bring in innovative solutions from partners.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: 6 - 8 years of experience in data and AI solutioning, with a strong focus on enterprise applications.
- Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of business processes, particularly within the F&A (Finance & Accounting) and HRO (Human Resources Outsourcing) verticals.
- Solutioning Acumen: Proven ability to translate complex business problems into viable technology solutions.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with existing technology solutions and enough industry/market knowledge to identify and integrate partner technologies.
- Architectural & Design Skills: Experience in developing solution artifacts and value propositions, showcasing end-to-end business process mapping to technology.
- Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated ability to build and manage relationships with diverse stakeholders, including functional teams, technology teams, and sales/pre-sales.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to respond to RFx, defend, and present solutions to clients.
- Individual Contributor: Ability to operate effectively as an individual contributor
