What You'll Do:
Program & Project Leadership: Plan, coordinate, and implement Oracle Fusion ERP projects, ensuring adherence to budget, timeline, and scope. This includes new implementations, retiring existing applications, and significant enhancements.
Portfolio & Financial Management: Accountable for managing and growing a substantive revenue stream and customer base, including a proven track record of managing a portfolio of at least $20 million USD yearly. Possess strong awareness of revenue recognition processes, cost management, and robust control over forecasting processes.
Stakeholder & Client Engagement: Effectively manage multiple stakeholders in a structured environment, including communicating project updates, risks, and progress to clients, senior management, and project teams. Ability to connect and communicate effectively at the CXO level.
Team & Resource Management: Manage and lead large teams, including project management teams and/or senior-level individual contributors. Have prior experience in managing 500+ employees/contractors, with the ability to staff new positions/projects properly.
Offshore/Onsite Model Management: Highly experienced in setting up and managing effective offshore/onsite delivery models.
Methodology & Process Adherence: Possess a good understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Package Applications implementation Methodologies, ensuring process adherence throughout project execution.
Risk & Change Management: Analyze project risks, establish comprehensive contingency plans, and identify trigger events for initiating mitigation actions. Effectively manage organizational change, infuse new ideas, and deliver high-tech solutions.
Business Development & Account Mining: Demonstrate a proven track record of account mining, generating new business, responding to RFPs, and ensuring the renewal of existing contracts.
Technical & Functional Balance: Exhibit a strong balance of advanced technical skills, functional knowledge, client consultative skills, and operational management experience.
What We're Looking For:
Experience: At least 10+ years of total experience, with a minimum of 5 years in Delivery Management responsibilities in any Oracle ERP (preferably Oracle Fusion).
Project Management Certification: Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) is preferred.
Project Diversity: Experience in managing various types of projects, including new implementations, application retirements, enhancements, and setting up support/managed services.
Financial Acumen: Strong awareness of revenue recognition, cost management, and forecasting processes.
Strategic & Operational Blend: A balance of advanced technical skills, functional knowledge, client consultative skills, and operational management experience.
Leadership & Scale: Proven ability to manage large teams (500+ employees/contractors) and handle significant revenue streams.
Communication & Presentation: Good presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex project details to diverse audiences, including CXO level.
Problem-Solving: Strong ability to analyze risk, establish contingency plans, and mitigate risks effectively.
Flexibility: Ability to travel as and when required for project needs.
