About the Role:

- The role involves leading the Quality and Process Excellence team for a large business with global deliveries, focusing on driving business value generating projects for customers and Wipro.

Responsibilities:

- Drive business value generating projects for customers and Wipro.

- Proactively identify opportunities for improvements and potential risks, working with required internal and external stakeholders to address the same.

- Drive innovation and change across the business along with customer and other internal transformation teams.

- Identify and replicate best practices across the business to drive best in class customer experience.

- Own the charter of Start Green and Stay Green across the business.

Qualifications:

- Graduate/Post Graduate with at least the last 10 years in IT/BPO industry.

- Lean and Six Sigma Master Black Belt.

Required Skills:

- 18+ years of experience with strong industry exposure for Telecom, New Age/Tech, Customer Service, Retail.

- Strong understanding of Quality and Process Excellence principles with experience in driving quality certifications like ISO, CMMI, COPC, etc.

- Experience in high impact continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, Transformation, etc.

- Strong interpersonal skills and people management skills.

- Strong Analytical Skills with experience in driving descriptive, prescriptive, and predictive analytics for various engagements across the business.

- Good effective communication skills and presentation skills with the ability to manage clients and internal senior stakeholders.

- Proven track record for problem solving and innovation.

- Good experience in technology-enabled solutions like RPA, Low Code No Code, AI/Gen AI.
