Workstreams You Will Own (Like a Boss! )

- Large-scale data gathering, cleansing, and organization from multiple sources

- Handling both structured (from inhouse database) and unstructured (may have to fetch through publicly available API integrations, or web scraping by use of bots/crawlers) data in preprocessing

- Utilizing data visualization techniques where necessary to clearly and concisely provide findings and insights to stakeholders

- Data-Driven Decision Making: Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to analyze data and generate actionable insights for product development and business strategy

- Product Performance Evaluation: Track product performance and user feedback to recommend enhancements or new features based on consumer needs.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a bridge between the business and technical teams, ensuring that business requirements are clearly translated into technical specifications.

- Financial Modeling & Forecasting: Develop financial models and forecasts to support budgeting, investment decisions, and growth strategies.

- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in existing business processes and recommend solutions to enhance productivity and profitability.

- Reporting: Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for leadership on key business metrics.

- Being in early stage start up, should be willing to explore and adapt to the new methods or tools as may deem useful in the journey

What makes you a great fit!

- Legitimate experience as a Business Analyst (3-6 years)

- Engineering from a Tier 1 Institute

- Good knowledge of Microsoft suite, SQL, Python (or R) expertise is required

- Knowledge of data frameworks and business intelligence tools, such as Meta base is a plus

- Analytical Mindset: Strong quantitative skills, with the ability to draw insights from complex datasets.

- Problem-Solving: Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills to propose effective business solutions.

- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present insights and recommendations clearly to stakeholders at all levels.

- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment, and manage multiple projects
