Position Overview: The BD/Fundraising Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing comprehensive fundraising strategies to attract and secure investment capital. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong financial acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in fundraising within the financial sector.


Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and Implement Fundraising Strategies. Create and execute fundraising plans to meet the capital requirements.

- Identify and target potential investors, including high-net-worth individuals, family offices, institutional investors, and other relevant entities.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential investors.

- Communicate the value proposition, performance, and strategies to investors.

- Prepare and present investment proposals, pitch decks, and marketing materials.

- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.

- Analyze investor feedback and market conditions to refine fundraising strategies.

- Work closely with the investment team to understand and communicate the fund's strategies and performance.

- Coordinate with marketing and compliance teams to ensure all fundraising activities adhere to regulatory requirements.

- Maintain detailed records of fundraising activities, investor interactions, and capital commitments.

- Prepare regular reports on fundraising progress and performance for senior management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CFA preferred).

- Proven experience in fundraising, investor relations, or business development within the financial sector.

- Strong understanding of investment strategies, and financial markets.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors.

- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
