About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Options Analyst to join our research team. This position is ideal for individuals with 1-5 years of experience in US options analysis and research. As an Options Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth research, identifying trading opportunities, and producing clear, actionable research notes and strategies related to stock options in the US market.

Key Responsibilities:

Research & Analysis:

- Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis of US stock options, identifying potential buy opportunities based on market trends, stock performance, volatility, and other factors.

- Analyze option chains, implied volatility, open interest, and other key metrics to develop trade ideas.

- Stay updated on market events, earnings reports, economic data releases, and other catalysts that could impact stock options. Will be supported by the research team covering the sector.

- Monitor and analyze options markets, including reviewing large trades and unusual options activity.

Research Notes & Reports:

- Write and publish clear, concise, and data-driven research notes and reports for internal stakeholders And external clients.

- Create detailed options trading strategies based on technical and fundamental analysis.

- Make actionable recommendations on specific stock options based on your research findings.

- Provide commentary on market trends, option strategies, and sentiment.

Collaboration & Communication:

- Collaborate with the research team to develop broader market views and trading strategies.

- Present findings and recommendations to senior management, traders, or clients in a crisp and concise report format.

- Respond to questions from sales team and provide analysis on various option-related inquiries from internal teams or clients.

Market Tracking & Risk Management:

- Track performance of options recommendations and adjust strategies as market conditions evolve.

- Assess and communicate risks associated with each recommended trade or strategy.
