Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic HR Partnership:

- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, and people strategy.

- Bridge the needs of blue-collar and white-collar employees, ensuring policies and processes are inclusive and effective.

2. HR Operations & Employee Relations:

- Drive end-to-end HRBP responsibilities including employee engagement, grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and compliance.

- Strengthen labor relations and manage vendor/contractor workforce effectively.

3. Talent Management & Development:

- Identify talent needs and support succession planning, performance management, and leadership development.

- Design and implement learning interventions for diverse employee groups.

4. Centre of Excellence (CoE) Alignment:

- Partner with HR CoEs (Talent Acquisition, Learning, C&B, OD, HR Analytics) to deploy programs effectively.

- Contribute to building best-in-class HR practices and frameworks across the organisation.

5. Change Management & Culture:

- Drive change management initiatives to support business transformation.

- Champion organisational values, diversity, and employee experience initiatives.

Key Requirements:

- MBA/PGDM in HR from Tier 1 college

- Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and employee relations.

- Proven experience in talent management, performance management, and organisational development.

- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
