WheelsEye - Business Growth Manager/Assistant Manager - FASTag Operations

About the Role :

- The Assistant Manager - FASTag Operations will act as the execution backbone of the FASTag vertical. This individual will lead the end-to-end operational engine-spanning inventory movement, servicing escalations, onboarding and tag replacements, and toll/KYC-related issue resolution.

- They will manage a team of 8-10 executives, resolve operational bottlenecks, collaborate across internal teams (Sales Tech, CX, Partner Banks), and ensure business continuity and speed.

- This is a hands-on, high-accountability role suited for a structured executor with strong problem-solving and people management capabilities.

KRA KPI / Metric

- Inventory Management Tag issuance speed & accuracy, shortage % Service Resolution TAT for escalations, toll disputes, replacements

- Onboarding & KYC % KYCed, error-free uploads, onboarding%

- Team Leadership Output per exec, quality checks, SOP adherence

- Cross-Team Collaboration Issue resolution SLAs with Sales/CX/Bank Ops

Core Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end inventory flow: demand planning, stock allocation, partner coordination

- Monitor and resolve operational escalations (Onboarding errors, toll disputes, incorrect tagging, blacklisting)

- Ensure seamless onboarding & replacement of FASTags through team management

- Drive KYC health: verification quality, upload consistency, Axis/IDFC partner coordination

- Create and enforce SOPs and MIS dashboards for routine health checks

- Regular syncs with tech, product, sales and CX teams to improve systemic throughput

Must-Have Experience:

- 3 years of experience in operations / service delivery

- Prior experience in managing first-line ops teams in a fast-paced startup or logistics/tech context

- Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets

- Hands-on exposure to process design, root-cause analysis, and issue escalation handling
