Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Compliance Manager located in Gurugram. The Compliance Manager will be responsible for ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements, developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures, conducting compliance audits, and providing guidance on compliance issues to internal teams.

We are looking for Compliance Controller based at Gurgaon location.

Experience required: 5 - 8 years

Qualification: CS / Law / Compliance Certifications

Job Description:

- Ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance of all legal entities in Haryana.

- Conception and implementation of 'Compliance Management Tool' in Haryana

- Following-up and co-ordination with relevant Business and Functional stakeholders in India Gap analysis, MIS, Reporting to the Board and Senior Management in India

- Dealing with various regulatory authorities, as required from time to time

- Regular update to regulatory compliance matrix to Board and Senior Management in India

- Conducting trainings and awareness sessions

Expectations:

- Understanding and sensitivity towards regulatory environment and statutory compliances.

- Self-motivator and capability to work with minimal supervision.

- Adapted to work in Startupenvironment with processes / approval requirements

- Good communication and analytical skills

- Have good understanding of Haryana compliance, statutory & regularity compliance.
