Werize - Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis

About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven FP&A Manager to join our fast-growing fintech company. This role will play a critical part in driving financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making. The FP&A Manager will partner closely with business leaders, provide data-driven insights, and support the company's growth journey through sharp financial discipline and forward-looking analysis.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.

- Partner with business teams (Collections, Lending, Risk, Marketing, etc.) to provide financial insights and improve decision-making.

- Develop and monitor KPIs, business drivers, and dashboards to track performance across products and geographies.

- Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports highlighting financial performance, variances, and risks/opportunities.

- Conduct scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis, and financial modeling to support new business initiatives, product launches, and funding requirements.

- Provide investor reporting, board presentations, and assist with fundraising discussions by supplying relevant financial data and analysis.

- Continuously improve planning tools, processes, and automation to enhance accuracy and efficiency in reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 2-7 years of experience in FP&A, Business Finance, or Corporate Strategy, preferably in fintech, NBFC, banking, or financial services.

- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Advanced Excel and financial modeling expertise; proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is a plus.

- MBA (Tier 1/Tier 2 B-school) or CA qualification preferred.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to partner with senior leadership.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a high degree of ownership.
