Werize - Associate Product Manager

Role Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Associate Product Manager (APM) to join our Product team. This role will focus primarily on our Loan Management System (LMS) and requires someone who can manage cross-functional coordination, deeply understand lending workflows, and drive high-impact product solutions. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably with at least one year working on LMS products in the lending/fintech domain.

Key Responsibilities:

- Take ownership and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of LMS product features and enhancements.

- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, operations, and business teams to gather requirements, define solutions, and drive execution.

- Write clear, concise, and detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) based on business needs and user workflows.

- Understand and map lending workflows to product features that improve efficiency, compliance, and scalability.

- Analyze data to identify problems, evaluate solutions, and measure product success.

- Drive cross-functional alignment through excellent stakeholder management and communication.

- Ensure timely delivery of features with high quality and attention to detail.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 1-2 years of experience in a Product Management or closely related role within the lending or fintech domain.

- At least 1 year of experience working with Loan Management Systems (LMS) is preferred.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; comfortable working with complex product and business problems.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to write effective and structured PRDs.

- Demonstrated ability to take full ownership of a product or major feature set.

- Proven experience managing multiple stakeholders and aligning cross-functional teams.

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SQL is a must.
