Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Lead the strategic design and mapping of business requirements to system/technical requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Requirements Management: Conduct in-depth business analysis to examine functional product requirements.
- Break down high-level needs into detailed technical stories and tasks.
- Documentation & Modeling: Create comprehensive documentation, including use case diagrams, workflow charts, and process flows, to clarify and elaborate on technical requirements.
- Stakeholder Management: Actively identify and engage all key stakeholders and resources required for product updates.
- Facilitate meetings and brainstorming sessions to build consensus and ensure clear communication.
- Project Leadership: Oversee and take ownership of the successful completion of assigned projects.
- Provide guidance to technical teams and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve conflicts and ensure project success.
- Quality & Validation: Ensure and validate that delivered functionality meets customer expectations.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts and present new features to customers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 8+ years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst in the end-to-end systems development process.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to listen actively and translate complex information.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Methodologies: Expert knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience in leading sprint planning and grooming sessions.
- Technical Acumen: Hands-on experience with tools for APIs (e.g., Postman) and a solid understanding of software development concepts.
- Leadership: Proven leadership abilities to guide teams and manage stakeholder expectations with minimal direction.
- Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in a relevant field
