Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and research new business opportunities, target markets, and potential clients through various channels (e.g., industry events, networking, online research).
- Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with prospective and existing clients, acting as a primary point of contact.
- Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact and qualification to proposal development, negotiation, and closing deals.
- CRM Management: Effectively utilize CRM software (mention specific CRM if applicable, e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM) to track leads, manage the sales pipeline, update client information, and generate reports.
- Customer Service Excellence: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process by providing excellent customer service, understanding client needs, and addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Solution Selling: Understand client requirements and present tailored solutions that align with our product/service offerings and demonstrate clear value.
- Communication & Presentation: Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients, clearly articulating our value proposition.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a cohesive client experience and support sales efforts.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecast projections.
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related client-facing role.
- CRM Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with CRM software for managing leads, opportunities, and client data.
- Customer Service Orientation: A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and building positive client relationships.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities, including compelling presentation skills.
- Networking & Interpersonal Skills: Proven ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse stakeholders.
- Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to identify business opportunities, negotiate effectively, and close sales.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand client challenges and propose effective solutions.
- Self-Motivated & Proactive: Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
