Job Title: Business Development Specialist


Job Overview:


- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team.


- The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the IT industry.


- They will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities:


- Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify potential clients, generate leads, and convert them into long-term business relationships.


- Sales & Business Growth: Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the companys customer base.


- Market Research: Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.


- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.


- Proposal & Negotiation: Prepare business proposals, presentations, and quotations while effectively negotiating deals.


- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, technical, and product teams) to ensure smooth execution of business strategies.


- Reporting & Analysis: Track sales performance, generate reports, and provide insights to optimize business development efforts.


Key Requirements:


- Experience: 2-4 years in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management, preferably in the IT industry.


- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).


- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.


- Tech-Savvy: Understanding of IT solutions, cloud computing, cybersecurity, or related services is a plus.


- Networking Abilities: Proven ability to establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.


- Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
