Wealth Manager/Senior Wealth Manager - Financial Service

Job Description

- The candidate should be well versed with the financial markets and products across all asset classes that can be made available to the client.

- The candidate should be able to analyse the financial need & risk appetite of the client & recommend suitable solutions from the array of financial products available with us like - Mutual Funds, PMS, Bonds, Structured Products, equity, AIF, Real Estate, Life insurance & General Insurance.

- Managing and growing wealth management businesses, acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships, and providing financial advice and solutions, often focusing on high-net-worth individuals.

- The job would require the candidate to meet clients (family offices and Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals), understand their financial/investment objectives and risk appetite, and recommend appropriate products.

Responsible for:

- Business development through the acquisition of ultra-high net-worth clients.

- Identifying customer needs and assessing their risk appetite.

- Achieving targets based on acquisition and revenue generation through all investment products.

- Analyze client portfolios and make necessary suggestions. This includes comprehensive financial planning and asset allocation and accordingly advising clients on investment products and services like Mutual Funds, Insurance or PMS etc.

- Establish, grow, and manage investment relationships with clients.

- Be the primary client contact and trusted investment advisor.

- Deepen existing client relationships by providing appropriate investment advice and solutions.

- Acquire new clients through market intelligence & engagements.

- Drive sales of company products to suitable client portfolios.

- Share market updates and house views to clients on a timely basis.

- Update clients on their investments and their performance.

- Leverage existing client relationships and other sources to acquire new clients.

- Recognize changes in the client's/ market environment which may present opportunities.

- Enhance client experience through strong relationship management.

Requirements:

- Relevant Experience of minimum 5-6 years for wealth managers and 10-11 years for Senior Wealth Managers.

- In depth knowledge of various products and Asset Classes of Wealth Management.

- Knowledge of relevant Taxation applicable to the Wealth Management.

- Superior understanding of Markets and Products.

- Experience in providing investment advice and solutions.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Good Analytics Skills.

- Existing Client relationship and Asset Under Management (AUM).
