We are looking for a dynamic Sales Head to drive revenue growth, expand our customer base, and lead our sales team to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:


- Revenue Ownership: Drive end-to-end SaaS sales strategy to achieve aggressive revenue targets.
- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team.


- Enterprise Sales: Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire and retain mid-market and enterprise clients.


- Sales Process Optimization: Define and refine sales processes, pipelines, and forecasting models.


- Customer Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, decision-makers, and stakeholders.


- Market Expansion: Identify new markets, business opportunities, and strategic partnerships.


- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales efforts.


- Data-Driven Approach: Leverage analytics to track performance, optimize sales funnels, and improve conversion rates.

Requirements:


- 8+ years of SaaS sales experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.


- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in a B2B SaaS environment.


- Strong network in the SaaS ecosystem, especially in India and global markets.


- Expertise in enterprise sales, consultative selling, and deal negotiation.


- Experience in building and scaling high-performing sales teams.


- Hands-on experience with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.


- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
