Key Responsibilities:.
- Design and implement a well-structured organization design that plays to the strengths of the Warpsters and also the nuanced business needs.
- Make and maintain a clear map of roles and responsibilities across the organization.
- Design and implement org-wide strategies for effective performance management and employee engagement.
- Initiate and deliver the roll-out of OKRs as a culture.
- Effectively track and ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements related to all people-related aspects.
- Oversee the design and execution of compensation and variable pay and benefits structures, including appraisals and performance-based incentives.
- Manage employee contracts, policy documents, and updates to ensure clarity and compliance.
- Lead onboarding and induction processes to integrate new hires seamlessly into the company culture.
- Implement effective offboarding processes with a focus on maintaining positive employee experiences.
- Develop internal messaging and branding strategies to enhance employee engagement and reinforce our company values.
- Develop a systematic way to nurture and maintain alumni relationships.
Requirements:.
- Proven experience of 6 years in human resources management or people operations, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of organizational design, OKRs/KPIs, and talent management strategies.
- Familiarity with compensation benchmarking, incentives structuring, and employment law.
