Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.

- Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to ensure efficient and safe operations.

- Manage and optimize inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and minimizing stockouts.

- Implement and maintain inventory control systems and processes.

- Coordinate and manage logistics activities, including transportation and distribution.

- Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders and shipments.

- Manage and maintain warehouse equipment and facilities.

- Develop and manage warehouse budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations.

- Manage relationships with external logistics providers and vendors.

- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

- Develop and implement warehouse performance metrics and KPIs.

- Analyze warehouse data and generate reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.

- Lead and mentor warehouse staff, providing guidance and performance feedback.

- Develop and implement training programs for warehouse staff.

- Implement and maintain a safe and organized work environment.

- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all warehouse activities.

- Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven experience (specify desired years of experience, 5+ years, 7+ years) in warehouse management, with a significant portion in a leadership role.

- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics principles.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

- Proven track record of managing warehouse budgets and vendor relationships.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP systems.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
