Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans for assigned products/therapies.
- Identify new market opportunities & drive brand growth.
- Conduct in-depth market research & competitor analysis.
- Collaborate with sales, Logistics R&D, and regulatory teams to align on business goals.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives including product launches and brand campaigns.
- Engage with key opinion leaders (KOLs) & stakeholders for market insights.
- Monitor product performance, ROI, and optimize strategies accordingly.
- Train and support field staff on product knowledge and marketing messages.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
-Managing team of subordinates & Drive respective brands portfolio.
Qualifications:
- MBA in Marketing / Pharmaceutical Management (mandatory).
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field preferred.
- Experience Required: 10 to 15 years.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
- Location: Gurugram.
