Role Overview:
We are seeking an ambitious and strategic Sales Lead to drive client acquisition and revenue growth within the media, consumer insights, and market research ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling research, analytics, or SaaS-based solutions to brands, agencies, and enterprises. This is a leadership role requiring consultative selling, deep client engagement, and the ability to establish VTION as a trusted industry partner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead sales initiatives across media, consumer insights, and market research verticals.
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with brands, agencies, and enterprises.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Develop customized solutions and proposals based on client needs.
- Own the complete sales cycle: lead generation, pitch, negotiation, and closure.
- Collaborate with product and insights teams to ensure offerings align with client expectations.
- Drive account growth and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and client requirements to inform strategy.
- Mentor and guide junior sales team members, fostering a high-performance culture.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 6-10 years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in media, consumer insights, research, analytics, or SaaS solutions.
- Strong network within advertising agencies, FMCG, media houses, and digital platforms is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated success in achieving/exceeding revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
- Ability to translate data-driven insights into compelling business solutions.
- Leadership qualities with prior experience managing/mentoring a sales team.
- Self-starter mindset with adaptability to a fast-paced startup environment.
