
Senior Specialist - Human Resources

Position Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Specialist who will be responsible for ensuring seamless HR operations and creating a vibrant employee experience across the organization.
This role calls for a highly organized, people-first professional who brings hands-on experience in onboarding, payroll, HRIS (preferably Keka), and employee engagement.
The ideal candidate is an empathetic communicator, a proactive problem-solver, and a culture custodian who can take full ownership of tasks and see them through with excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Core HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management:
- Manage end-to-end onboarding, ensuring smooth documentation, induction, and Day-1 readiness.
- Ensuring seamless execution of the 90-day onboarding roadmap, fostering early engagement and integration.
- Driving a structured probation evaluation process in collaboration with functional managers to ensure smooth confirmations.
- Oversee attendance, leave management, and employee records with complete accuracy.
- Collaborate with internal teams (IT, Admin, Finance) for seamless operational support.
- Address employee queries through an HR helpdesk and ensure timely resolution within SLAs.
Policy, Compliance & Planning:
- Maintain and update HR policies, SOPs, and compliance documentation.
- Stay compliant with labor laws, internal audits, and HR documentation standards.
Employee Engagement & Culture Building:
- Design and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual engagement initiatives.
- Lead festive celebrations, wellness programs, and team-building events.
- Foster an inclusive, positive, and engaging workplace culture.
- Run initiatives to strengthen internal brand perception and employee advocacy.
Payroll & HRIS Administration:
- Manage monthly payroll inputs in coordination with Finance and ensure timely, error-free disbursements.
- Maintain and optimize the Keka HRIS for modules like payroll, attendance, leave, and performance.
- Lead initiatives for HR process automation and data integrity across systems.
HR Analytics & Reporting:
- Maintain dashboards for key HR metrics: headcount, attrition, hiring pipeline, and more.
- Leverage data and predictive analytics to support decision-making.
Performance Appraisal and Career Enhancement (PACE Support):
- Assist in managing annual and mid-year review cycles using internal frameworks.
- Collaborate with business units for timely goal setting, review calibrations, and feedback sessions.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Mandatory experience with HRMS (Preferred to have implemented and worked on Keka).
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills.

Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in IT/Software services.
- Experience with HR technology platforms; Keka preferred.
- Tech-savvy, process-oriented, and experienced in automation of HR workflows.
- Approachable, empathetic, and culturally aware professional with a team-first attitude.
