POSITION/ROLE: Head - FP&A

LOCATION: Mumbai

DEPARTMENT: Corporate Finance

GRADE: Head

KEY PURPOSE:

The Head - FP&A will be key in overseeing overall FP&A consolidation at Corporate level coordinating with different divisional Finance heads. In addition the Head - FP&A will manage Investor relations.

KEY DELIVERABLES:

Budgeting & Forecasting:

- Preparation and Consolidation of budgets/forecasts and cross-functional collaboration for the annual budgets of the company.

- Preparation of the rolling forecast of the company basis performance.

- Balance Sheet GL Scrutiny and review of schedules.

- P&L Variance Analysis. Budget V/s Actuals, Review and escalation of exceptional expense items.

Investor Relations:

Strategic Communication:

- Develop and execute the investor relations strategy and communication plan.

- Craft clear, consistent messaging around financial performance, strategy, and market positioning.

- Prepare investor presentations, earnings call scripts, and press releases.

Stakeholder Engagement:

- Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and rating agencies.

- Respond to investor inquiries and provide accurate, timely information.

- Organize investor meetings, roadshows, and conferences.

ESSENTIAL ATTRIBUTES:

- Strong analytical skills,

- Sound Accounting Fundamentals

- Advanced Excel Skills

- Experience of working in SAP environment

- Strong Business partnership skills, commercial awareness, business acumen.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- CA Qualified with7-10 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting
