Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager at Vistaar Financial Services Pvt Ltd in APTS, Maharashtra.

- The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a sales team, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications:

- Sales Management, Business Development, and Relationship Management skills.

- Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies.

- Ability to lead and motivate a sales team.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Knowledge of financial products and services.

- Bachelor's/PG degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.

- Experience in the microfinance or financial services industry is a plus
