Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager based in Kakinada, Pendurthi, Amalapuram, Gajuwaka and Rajam.

- The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure the branch meets its financial goals.

- Responsibilities include implementing strategies to grow the branch's customer base, handling customer queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

- They will also be responsible for maintaining effective internal controls, compliance with company policies, and managing the branch's financial performance.

Qualifications:

- Leadership, team management, and organizational skills.

- Experience in financial services, including loan processing and customer service.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

- Prior experience in any NBFC or Financial Institution is a plus.
