Responsibilities:


- Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for supply chain systems and process improvements, aligned with overall business goals.

- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and industry best practices to drive innovation within the supply chain.

- Define and prioritize key initiatives based on business impact, feasibility, and resource availability.

- Lead the selection, implementation, and ongoing optimization of core supply chain systems (ERP modules, WMS, TMS, Planning tools, S&OP platforms).

- Collaborate with IT and external vendors to ensure successful system deployments, upgrades, and integrations.

- Drive data integrity and standardization across supply chain systems.

- Analyze current supply chain processes, identify inefficiencies, and design streamlined, standardized, and scalable workflows.

- Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process maps.

- Implement process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) to drive efficiency and reduce waste.

- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Develop and leverage data analytics capabilities to gain insights into supply chain operations and drive data-driven decision-making.

- Generate regular reports and dashboards for stakeholders.


Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:


- Partner effectively with leaders and teams across Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, Planning, and IT to understand their needs and challenges.

- Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and drive alignment on system and process initiatives.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels regarding project status, challenges, and outcomes.

- Develop and execute change management plans to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes.

- Develop and deliver training materials and programs for end-users.

- Lead and mentor a team of supply chain systems analysts and process specialists.

- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.


Qualifications:


- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

- 8-10 years of progressive experience in supply chain operations, systems implementation, and process improvement.

- Demonstrated experience in leading and implementing significant supply chain system projects (ERP implementations, WMS deployments).

- Strong understanding of core supply chain processes, including planning, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, and distribution.

- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau).

- Experience with process mapping and improvement methodologies (Visio, Lean, Six Sigma).

- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across different functional teams and levels of the organization.


Preferred Qualifications:


- Experience with specific supply chain systems (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Supply Chain Management, Blue Yonder, Manhattan Associates).

- Certifications in supply chain management (CSCP, CLTD) or project management (PMP).

- Experience with advanced analytics and predictive modeling in a supply chain context.

- Familiarity with change management methodologies.

- Experience working in a global supply chain environment.
