Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis:

- Develop and manage the annual budget and rolling forecasts.

- Analyze financial performance, identify variances, and provide insightful reports to management.

- Prepare and present financial presentations to senior leadership.

- Conduct profitability analysis and cost control initiatives.

Financial Reporting & Compliance:

- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with local and international accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP).

- Manage statutory audits and tax compliance.

- Implement and maintain robust internal controls.

- Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Business Partnering:

- Collaborate with business unit leaders to provide financial guidance and support.

- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes.

- Provide financial insights to support business growth and profitability initiatives.

Team Management & Development:

- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals.

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Process Improvement & Automation:

- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

- Leverage technology to automate financial processes.

- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

Experience:

- 7-10 years of progressive experience in finance controlling or related roles.

- Proven track record of managing financial planning, analysis, and reporting.

- Experience with statutory audits, tax compliance, and internal controls.

- Experience in team management and development.

Technical Skills:

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards (IFRS, GAAP).

- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and financial modeling tools.

- Advanced Excel skills.

- Knowledge of local tax laws and regulations.

Soft Skills:

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Education:

- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

- CA certification is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with international financial reporting
