About the Role:

- We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with 5+ years of expertise in IT software development for web and mobile solutions.

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering requirements, analyzing business needs, and bridging the gap between stakeholders and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

- Define and refine functional and technical specifications for web and mobile solutions.

- Work closely with various teams like - UI/UX designers, developers, and QA teams to ensure successful implementation.

- Develop user stories, wireframes, process flows, and business models.

- Manage project scope, change requests, and stakeholder expectations.

- Assist in testing, validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure high-quality deliverables.

- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve product offerings.

- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT software, specifically in web and mobile solutions.

- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.

- Experience in requirement gathering, business process modeling, and stakeholder management.

- Ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements.

- Proficiency in documentation tools, wireframing tools, and project management tools.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Create and manage key project documentation, including:

- RFPs, RFQs

- Business Requirement Documents (BRD)

- Functional Requirement Documents (FRD)

- Data Flow Diagrams (DFD)

- User Stories with Acceptance Criteria

- Definition of Done (DoD)

- Wireframes and Prototypes
