Responsibilities:

As the VP/Head of Technology Risk, you will:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive technology risk management framework aligning with organizational objectives.

- Lead the assessment, identification, and mitigation of IT risks across portfolios, including analytics, cyber security, and broader IT domains.

- Collaborate with business units to integrate risk management policies into existing operations and future initiatives.

- Monitor and report on tech risk landscape changes, emerging threats, and security incidents.

- Oversee governance initiatives for cybersecurity, IT compliance, and regulatory adherence.

- Build and mentor a high-performing team of IT risk management professionals.

- Proactively engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment of risk strategies to business goals.

- Champion innovations and best practices in technology risk and security management.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

- A minimum of 15 years of experience in technology risk, analytics, cyber security, or IT risk management domains.

- Proven expertise in developing and managing technology risk frameworks.

- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, standards (such as ISO 27001), and governance principles in the tech domain.

- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills to lead diverse teams.

- Analytical mindset, combined with excellent organizational and communication capabilities.

- A relevant bachelor's/master's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Risk Management, or related fields.
