Role Overview:

The Vice President Growth Strategy will be responsible for identifying, designing, and executing strategic initiatives to drive the companys growth and market expansion. This role will involve deep market analysis, cross-functional collaboration, new business development, and partnership strategy to ensure the company scales profitably and sustainably.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Growth Execution

- Design and execute long-term growth strategies aligned with the company's mission and financial goals.

- Identify and evaluate new markets, product opportunities, and expansion channels.

- Lead strategic initiatives including market entry, customer acquisition models, and digital transformation for growth.

Business Development & Partnerships

- Identify and cultivate strategic alliances, partnerships, and ecosystem collaborations.

- Drive origination of new lending segments, co-lending partnerships, and DSA/fintech integrations.

- Build go-to-market strategies for new products or business lines.

Market Intelligence & Competitive Benchmarking

- Conduct detailed market research, customer segmentation analysis, and competitive benchmarking.

- Monitor emerging trends in the NBFC, fintech, and financial services ecosystem to inform growth strategies.

Cross-functional Leadership

- Collaborate with product, technology, credit, risk, compliance, and operations to roll out growth initiatives.

- Act as a thought leader in the organization on topics related to strategy, growth, innovation, and expansion.

Performance Monitoring & Impact Assessment

- Define KPIs and dashboards to track the impact of strategic initiatives.

- Continuously assess business outcomes, pivot strategies, and optimize for ROI.

Qualifications & Experience:

- MBA from a top-tier business school or equivalent qualification in business, finance, or strategy.

- 5+ years of relevant experience, with a significant portion in Consulting with some clients in Financial Services sector.

- Proven track record in strategy formulation, business expansion, and P&L ownership.


- Experience on Collections projects will be added advantage.
