Vice President
As Vice President, you will be responsible for spearheading strategic planning, partnership development, and business sustainability in alignment with the goals of capacity building and skill development. This role demands a bold thinker with a collaborative spirit and an ability to engage a wide spectrum of stakeholders from government bodies to academia and industry leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement strategies to boost skills and manpower in the food processing sector
- Develop innovative business models for resource generation and organizational sustainability
- Strengthen industry relationships and broaden the base of employer engagement
- Lead initiatives to promote certification, accreditation, and capacity building
- Establish national and international partnerships to increase program impact
- Represent the organization in high-level discussions with government and industry stakeholders
- Promote measurable outcomes of skill development on business growth and sector performance
Educational Background & Experience:
- MBA or equivalent in Business/Management; preference for candidates with qualifications in Food Processing, Agriculture, or related fields
- Minimum 15 years of experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles managing cross-functional teams
- Proven track record in stakeholder engagement, preferably in skilling, training, or the food and allied industry
- Strong understanding of workforce trends, capacity building, and public-private partnerships
