Job Title: VP/SVP Sales Productivity Enablement & Talent Acquisition


Location: Gurgaon


Experience Required: 1215 years


Reports To: Head of HR & Business Head


Role Overview:


- We are looking for a seasoned professional who can own the entire lifecycle of frontline sales staff from hiring to productivity to retention. This strategic role will work closely with business leaders and HR to drive tangible improvements in sales numbers, while also managing a team of recruiters responsible for hiring frontline talent across locations.


- You will play a critical role in building, enabling, and sustaining a high-performing, distributed sales team operating in a high-churn and high-energy environment.


Key Responsibilities:


Hiring & Talent Supply (Frontline Sales):


- Manage and mentor a team of recruiters responsible for meeting frontline sales hiring targets across geographies.


- Collaborate with regional sales leaders to forecast manpower requirements and ensure consistent staffing pipelines.


- Ensure a seamless onboarding experience that sets up new hires for success.


Sales Productivity & Enablement:


- Co-own productivity KPIs in partnership with the business from time-to-first-sale to monthly run rate targets.


- Build dashboards and frameworks to track productivity uplift, and program ROI.


- Present insights and progress updates to HR and Business leadership on a regular basis.


- Design and execute structured enablement interventions: onboarding, on-the-job learning, refresher training, manager coaching toolkits, etc.


- Localize content and delivery models to suit field realities and learner profiles.


What You Should Have :


- 1215 years of experience in Sales/ Sales Training , with strong exposure to volume hiring and sales capability building.


- Deep understanding of frontline sales ecosystems, preferably in housing finance, BFSI, NBFC or microfinance


- Experience leading recruitment teams, with a knack for closing high-volume, geographically dispersed roles.


- Strong grounding in adult learning principles, field coaching, and behavioral change models.


- Analytical mindset with comfort in Excel, dashboards, and basic HR analytics.
