Vice President - Sales - Residential Real Estate


Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute the sales strategy for residential projects in Bangalore to achieve and exceed sales targets.

2. Develop and implement strategies around new residential project offerings, product pricing and delivery in consultation with the Head - Marketing, Ensure effective and timely communication of new initiatives / projects to critical stakeholders.

3. Lead and manage the residential sales team, providing guidance, training, and motivation to ensure optimal performance and achievement of goals.

4. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

5. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective campaigns, promotions, and events to drive lead generation and brand visibility.

6. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to make informed decisions and adapt the sales strategy accordingly.

7. Work closely with the project development team to understand project specifications and communicate effectively with customers.

8. Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to the senior management team.

9. Negotiate and close deals with potential clients, ensuring favourable terms for both the customer and the company.

10. Maintain a robust system to track leads, customer interactions, and sales performance.

Qualifications and Experience:

1. Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.

2. Proven experience in residential real estate sales, with a minimum of 16+ years in a leadership role.

3. In-depth knowledge of the real estate market in Bangalore and understanding of customer preferences and trends.

4. Experience handling luxury, mix -use development projects is a must.

5. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

6. Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

7. Ability to analyse data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.

8. Proficient in using Sales & CRM tools.
