Roles and Responsibilities:
- Devising new and innovative selling and promotional techniques / schemes for multiple projects.
- Responsible for achieving Sales Targets of the entire portfolio projects and manage several Project Sales Heads, Sales Leaders & the entire sales team effectively.
- Able to achieve month on month sales targets.
- Aggressively driving Sales, Lead generation, BTL Activities, Forecasting and Sales & Customer Service Management.
- Developing, Enhancing, implementing of comprehensive Sales strategies & other promotional activities for various projects to create new markets, achieve targeted sales.
- Competitor Trend Monitoring and Competitor Benchmarking in order to effectively balance competing priorities to full fill all customer expectations i.e., keeping abreast with competitor residential property offerings, pricing, location, quality, etc.
- Educating the client with the market trends, keeping them aware with the rental returns and the price appreciation they may get after investing in our properties.
- Adaptive to work on weekend / rapidly changing circumstances.
- Excellet people management skills.
- Strong communication, problem solving, analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Able to train /mentor /coach and inspire the teams to perform.
Who Should Apply ?
- Total 18 - 25 years' Sales experience of which a significant part should be in Real Estate. A minimum of 3 years should have been spent handling the Hyderabad Real Estate market experience in manging a larger sales teams.
- Track record of achieving ambitious sales targets month on month
- Excellent Communication and Leadership Skills
- Must be a go-getter and has a track record of successfully managing large teams in multiple projects with large volume sales.
- Must have been with a real estate organisation which has large volume of product (over 3,000 to 5,000 homes for sale at a point)
- Must be a "HIGHLY ANALYTICAL" AND "DETAIL ORIENTED
