Job Description:

We seek an experienced sales leader with expertise in integrated sales strategies, market expansion, and revenue growth in commodity or consumer goods. Strong communication skills and a strategic mindset are essential to drive organizational success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for cement brands, incorporating budgeting, forecasting, and market penetration.

- Work closely with top management to formulate long-term strategic plans that enhance customer satisfaction and drive consistent sales growth.

- Expand market presence by identifying new opportunities and developing a strong revenue model with healthy profit margins.

- Lead, mentor, and motivate zonal sales teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering a high-performance culture.

- Implement digital tools to monitor and track sales performance, ensuring transparency and accountability.

- Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys and introduce improvements to enhance customer experience.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Education: Full-time MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing from IIMs or a reputed institute/university.

- Experience: Over 20 years of sales management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the consumer or commodity industry.

- Proficiency in sales techniques, competition analysis, and program management.

- Excellent mentoring and coaching capabilities to maximize sales team performance.

- Familiarity with key regional markets, including Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu & Pondicherry, Karnataka, Kerala, Maharashtra, and Odisha.

Key Competencies:

- Strong team leadership and collaboration skills.

- Willingness and ability to travel frequently for business development.

- Ability to think innovatively and implement out-of-the-box sales strategies.

- Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities.
