Our client is a leading mid- market investment bank with strong practices around M&A, PE, Capital Markets, Institutional Equities, Wealth Management, Insurance Broking, and Portfolio Management Services and AIF.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Driving Sales Across B2B and B2C Channels:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue through both business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) channels, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
- Managing and Expanding Distribution Partnerships:
- Cultivate and manage relationships with key distribution partners, including banks, national distributors, and independent advisory firms (IAFs). Focus on expanding existing partnerships and identifying new opportunities.
Achieving Sales Targets:
- Generate sales in line with targets set through a strategic mix of external channel partners, internal sales teams, and direct client interactions.
Market Intelligence and Competitor Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research and gather competitor insights to shape sales strategies and stay competitive in the market.
Resource Planning:
- Plan and allocate resources effectively to optimize sales performance, ensuring that teams are equipped to meet sales targets.
Coordinating with Investment Teams:
- Work closely with investment teams to facilitate client interactions, ensuring timely and accurate information exchange for smooth decision-making.
Ensuring Smooth Operations:
- Coordinate with operations to ensure seamless communication and functioning between the sales department and operational teams.
Compliance Management:
- Ensure compliance with both internal policies and external regulations related to all channel partners, including distributors and clients, to mitigate risk and uphold company standards.
Role Requirements:
- Graduate / Postgraduate
- Great command over English & Regional Languages
Experience:
- 8 to 12 years, preferably in PMS / AIF
- Certified NISM-Series-XXI-A
