About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced leader to head our Public Policy vertical. You will manage senior client relationships, lead high-value policy consulting projects, engage with policymakers, and contribute to thought leadership in priority sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Shape and execute the public policy practice strategy

- Lead complex consulting engagements with government & industry bodies

- Build deep stakeholder relationships for long-term partnerships

- Guide, mentor, and grow a high-performing consulting team

- Represent the organization at policy forums, industry panels, and media events

- Drive business development and revenue growth in the policy domain

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, Law, Economics, or related field (full-time preferred)

- 11+ years of experience in public policy consulting, government, or a related sector

- Proven business development and client relationship management track record

- Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
