- Framing of overall project delivery methodology.

- Proficiency in the technical evaluation, Bid Finalization, Preparation of SOPs, BOQs, SOQs and finalization of terms of contract along with vendor development

- In-depth understanding of Project Planning, Project Scheduling, Coordinating, Cost Estimation, Monitoring Control and Analysis using project management control tools like MS Project, S Curves etc.

- Leadership Capacity to lead mega projects.

- Troubleshooting on-site construction activities, evaluating various progress reports to ensure completion of project within the time & cost parameters and effective resource utilisation to complete projects on time.
