Vice President - Pricing | MNC

Location : Delhi-NCR, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai, Pune.

Experience : 14-18 years.

Overview :

Lead global pricing strategy, structure commercial constructs for RFPs, enable competitive negotiations, and align financial models with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:.

- Drive deal pricing, P&L, cash flow, and risk analysis.

- Lead cross-functional deal teams and support client negotiations.

- Collaborate with finance, tax, IT, and operations for deal governance.

- Ensure compliance, margin management, and best practices.

- Support global/regional pricing initiatives and standardization.

Qualifications:.

- CA, CMA, MBA (Finance), or CFA.

- Strong expertise in deal structuring, pricing, and financial modeling.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presence.

- Industry knowledge in BPM/services preferred.
