- Seeking an experienced and strategic Sales Head to lead and grow the FMCG business across B2C (distributor) channel.
- The role carries accountability for revenue growth, EBITDA delivery, and P&L performance.
- The incumbent will develop high-impact sales strategies, build strong customer networks, drive sales execution, and align cross-functional efforts toward commercial excellence.
- Lead domestic bulk and branded sugar sales across regulated quota periods.
- Drive export market penetration and compliance-led destination deliveries.
- Build and expand distributor (B2C) network with strong sales governance and last-mile reach.
- Identify new product or segment opportunities to grow market share.
- Own end-to-end P&L for the B2C sales vertical.
- Drive top-line growth while optimizing cost-to-serve, credit cycles, and working capital
- Ensure demand accuracy, pricing competitiveness, and data-backed decision-making.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: MBA / PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management
- Experience: 15+ years of relevant experience in sugar, FMCG, agri-commodities, or food processing industry, with at least 5 years in a senior sales leadership role
- Proven track record in handling multi-channel sales and P&L responsibility
