Vice President - Performance Reporting

Overall Purpose:

- This role is a senior leadership position focused on ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of investment performance reports.

- The VP will manage a team and develop strategies to improve reporting processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and meeting the needs of both internal stakeholders and external clients.

Performance Measurement:

- This involves designing and overseeing how investment performance is measured, including calculating KPIs (key performance indicators) and ensuring compliance with standards like GIPS (Global Investment Performance Standards) and those from the CFA Institute.

Data Integrity and Reporting:

- This emphasizes the importance of accurate and reliable data for all reports, both internal and client-facing.

- It also involves creating and maintaining reporting frameworks.

Team Development:

- This focuses on mentoring and training the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and best practices in data management and reporting.
