Vice President - P&L Lead - Insurance

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vice President of Insurance to lead and expand our digital insurance business. This pivotal role requires a strategic leader with a strong understanding of the insurance industry, particularly within the digital space. Responsibilities:

P&L Management:

- Take full ownership and accountability for the P&L of the insurance business unit.

- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.

- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.

- Manage budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation.

Strategic Leadership:

- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and market expansion.

- Identify and capitalize on emerging trends and opportunities in the digital insurance landscape.

- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Team Leadership:

Digital Insurance Expertise:

- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

Qualifications:

- Education: Strong educational pedigree from a recognized institution.

- Experience: 10+ years of experience in the insurance industry.

- 2-3 years of specific experience in digital insurance.

- Proven track record of P&L responsibility.

- Significant team leadership experience.
